Delete your MissU account

MissU is made by Smira Labs. You can delete your account and your personal data at any time, on the website or by email.

Option 1: on the website

1. Sign in to MissU and open Settings.
2. Choose Manage Account.
3. Under Danger Zone, choose Delete My Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

Send an email from the Google email address you use to sign in to MissU to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my MissU account”. We will delete the account that uses that address. We only act on requests sent from the account's own email address.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, profile picture, age, gender and sign-in details
• All chats: messages, the photos you sent, voice notes, and call history
• Everything your companions remember about you, and upcoming events they planned to ask about
• Roleplay stories
• Feedback you sent about messages
• Your diamond balance and diamond history, and any remaining premium time
• Daily usage counters and your likes
• The photos and voice notes stored for your chats

What is kept, and for how long

• Usage totals (for example, counts per day), for tracking our costs: kept, but disconnected from your identity (no user id, name or email).
• Purchase records (what was bought, amount, date, payment number), for accounting and tax: kept, disconnected from your identity in the same way.
• Your deletion request (your email address), if you used option 2: kept while it is open and for 90 days after it is closed, as a record that we handled it; then deleted automatically.
